FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS
Here at Leeds Funerals, we are members of the National Association of Funeral Directors and abide by their regulations. When you choose us to help organise a funeral, you can be sure of our dedicated service.
Firstly, we will need a certificate to authorise the funeral from the Registrar. We also need to know if the deceased left any instructions to be carried out after their death.
SOME THINGS TO CONSIDER:
- The wishes expressed in the Will, if there is one
- Whether the deceased had funeral cover
- Whether the deceased should be buried or cremated
- Where and when the service will happen
Leeds Funerals will make all the arrangements for the funeral, burial or cremation , and can also advise on all the procedures and documents needed throughout the process.
COSTS AND CHARGES WILL ENCOMPASS:
- Materials, such as coffin or casket, clothing and memorials
- Funeral director's fee, including making arrangements, hire of vehicles, liaison with third parties on documentation and management of the funeral
- Disbursements paid to other organisations on your behalf, such as church or crematorium fees and obituary notices
We understand that planning and organising a funeral can be costly as well as stressful. Our funeral administrators always explain your options fully to you before you commit.

Monumental masonry
You generally need to wait for approximately six months before placing a headstone. Please speak with us as soon as possible to avoid any unnecessary delay after this waiting period.
